ISSG, Inc. offers clients multiple ways to secure expert talent:

• Network Services. Our services are tailored to fit each individual client’s needs. Our skilled and experienced consulting staff can assist in the day to day demands of maintaining a computer network as well as the project oriented task of enhancements or upgrades to existing networks.
  
  
• Permanent placement services. Our permanent placement service provides qualified candidates for clients to interview. We charge a competitive fee if you hire one of our referrals. This fee is normally a percentage of the annual base starting salary.
  
  
• Contract to hire. Our contract-to-hire service enables our clients to hire a consultant at an hourly rate. If the engagement is a success, you can hire the consultant full time without paying any additional fee to ISSG, Inc.
  
  
• Contract consulting. Our contract consulting service provides skilled candidates for temporary or project-based assignments. We provide candidates for your review. If you select one of the consultants we present, you pay a competitive hourly rate for the services provided.
